Joining the Charter of Diversity.
Lufthansa City Center has joined the "Charter of Diversity". Together with other commercial companies, Lufthansa City Center follows an initiative put together by the German government that promotes diversity in companies. The primary objective: a working environment that is free of prejudice. Each member of staff should be appreciated - irrespective of gender, nationality, ethnicity, religious belief, disability or age.

Certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
Our Business Travel Lufthansa City Center offices and the Lufthansa City Center Headquarters in Frankfurt bear a special seal of quality: certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Not only does it identify us as a quality provider, but it acknowledges our sustained commitment to our wide range of vocational education and training.

Environmental management certification according to ISO 14001
We have implemented an Environmental Management System according to the ISO 14001. Since 2011, LCC has been successfully audited by the certification authorities of the TÜV Rheinland CERT.
One of our environmental goals is to integrate environmentally sound products and services into our product portfolio thus enabling our clients to align their travel programs with their CSR strategy.
